Center Grove extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Xavi Pineda. The Trojans were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Columbus East Olympians on Thursday for which the team can thank Pineda, who had 16 digs and two aces. He is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games he's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-20, 25-10.

Center Grove's win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-3-1. As for Columbus East, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Center Grove will host Brownsburg at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Columbus East, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Greenwood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
