Volleyball Game Preview: Round Rock Christian Academy Crusaders vs. Thrall Tigers

The Round Rock Christian Academy Crusaders will head out on the road to square off against the Thrall Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Round Rock Christian Academy will be strutting in after a win while Thrall will be coming in after a defeat.

Round Rock Christian Academy proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Thorndale 3-2.

Round Rock Christian Academy wouldn't go down easily and took Thorndale into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-15, 26-28, 23-25, 15-10.

Meanwhile, Thrall came up short against Little River Academy on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

Thrall's loss dropped their record down to 19-19. As for Round Rock Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 32-14 record this season.

Round Rock Christian Academy skirted past Thrall 3-2 when the teams last played back in September of 2022. Will the Crusaders repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
