Basketball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Adair Warriors and fell 63-5. While losing is never fun, the Braves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 467th, while the Warriors are ranked 73rd).

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Adair, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-2.

Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 60-9 loss against Berryhill on the 24th. As for Adair, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 62-51 victory against Rejoice Christian on the 25th.
