Basketball Recap: Joshua Todd's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Norwalk over Greenwich

Norwalk was the 56-50 winner over Greenwich when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Norwalk Bears took a 62-44 bruising from the Greenwich Cardinals on Monday. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Norwalk's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joshua Todd, who posted ten points. Todd is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 43% in the last three games he's played. Jaxon Ermo was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and 16 boards.

Norwalk's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Greenwich, their victory bumped their record up to 3-9.

Coming up, Norwalk will venture away from home to square off against Stamford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Greenwich, they will take on Westhill at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
