Cushman falls short of Miami Christian in the playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Cushman can now relate to. They suffered a rough 3-0 defeat at the hands of Miami Christian on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty eight goals in the game before, Cushman couldn't push the score so high this time.
Cushman's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Miami Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.
Cushman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Miami Christian will face off against Sheridan Hills Christian at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sheridan Hills Christian has not scored a goal the last three times they've played, a trend they'll try and put an end to.
