Football Game Preview: Cle Elum-Roslyn Warriors vs. La Salle Lightning + How To Watch

Cle Elum-Roslyn hasn't had much luck against La Salle recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Warriors will be playing at home against the Lightning at 7:00 p.m. Cle Elum-Roslyn's defense has only allowed 14 points per game this season, so La Salle's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Cle Elum-Roslyn will bounce into Friday's contest after beating Goldendale, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Warriors simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Timberwolves 40-6. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, La Salle took a blow against Kittitas/Thorp on Friday, falling 71-6.

Cle Elum-Roslyn is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.8 points over those games. As for La Salle, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Cle Elum-Roslyn was dealt a bruising 41-7 loss at the hands of La Salle in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Warriors, Johan Valladares (who rushed for 175 yards and five TDs while picking up 10.9 yards per carry) won't be suiting up this time.
