Weldon Valley had to endure a five-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Haxtun Fightin' Bulldogs by a score of 3-1 on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Warriors also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The victory didn't come easy: Haxtun scored at least 20 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-20, 20-25, 25-21.

Weldon Valley's win bumped their record up to 4-11. As for Haxtun, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.
