Recap: Bell Bulldogs vs. Trenton Tigers
This season hasn't been kind to the Bell Bulldogs, who are still winless after their fifth contest. They were beaten by Trenton 56-24 on Friday. Bell has not had much luck with Trenton recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Among those leading the charge was Clark Hausner, who scored 14 points along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Owens, who scored 7 points along with 7 rebounds and 4 steals.
Bell's loss was their fifth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-5. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 21.0 points per game. As for Trenton, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Bell will play host again and welcome Hernando, where tip off is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hopefully Hernando focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Wednesday. As for Trenton, they will head out on the road to face off against Williston at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
