Berrien Springs typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday Colon proved too difficult a challenge. They had just enough and edged out the Shamrocks 2-1. This was a revenge game for the Magi: when they faced off against the Shamrocks on Saturday, they had to take a 2-1 loss.

Colon now has a winning record of 9-8-1. As for Berrien Springs, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-16-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Colon will take on Quincy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Berrien Springs, they will square off against South Haven at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday.
