Volleyball Recap: Elmwood Park Comes Up Short

Elmwood Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Newark Vocational Eagles.

Elmwood Park's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Newark Vocational, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Elmwood Park wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Wood-Ridge on the 8th. As for Newark Vocational, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Kearny on the 9th.
