Centennial came tearing into Friday's match with 11 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They breezed by the Las Vegas Wildcats to the tune of 90-60. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten games by 20 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Las Vegas lost, don't look at Tayshaun Jackson. Despite the final result, he posted 25 points. That was a full 41.7% of Las Vegas' points, marking the third time in a row he's had more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Reginald Carter, who scored ten points and six boards.

Centennial's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-1. As for Las Vegas, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Durango the next time they take the court. Las Vegas will head out to face Durango at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Centennial will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on January 24th.
