Soccer Game Preview: Spanish Fork vs. Wasatch

Spanish Fork is 2-8 against Wasatch since May of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Dons will face off against the Wasps at 7:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Spanish Fork fell victim to Salem Hills and their airtight defense on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Skyhawks.

Meanwhile, Wasatch's game on Saturday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 3-1 to Maple Mountain.

Wasatch's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5. As for Spanish Fork, they now have a losing record of 6-7-1.

Spanish Fork came up short against Wasatch when the teams last played back in March, falling 3-1. Can the Dons avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
