Basketball Game Preview: National Trail Blazers vs. Bradford Railroaders

The National Trail Blazers will head out on the road to square off against the Bradford Railroaders at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

National Trail's usually-dominant defense will be looking to make up for Monday's struggle, when Milton-Union offense got past them. National Trail was beaten by Milton-Union 60-18 on Monday. The contest marked the Blazers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meanwhile, Bradford played a tough game on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 48-27 to Newton Local. The Railroaders haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Bradford now has a losing record at 2-3. As for National Trail, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-2.

National Trail came up short against Bradford in their previous meeting back in January, falling 30-23. Can National Trail avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
