Football Recap: Plano East Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Josh Gordon and Treyce Seldon + How To Watch

Plano East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 42-32 to the Plano West Wolves. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wolves apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Despite the loss, Plano East had strong showings from Treyce Seldon, who rushed for 180 yards and one TD while picking up 11.3 yards per carry, and Josh Gordon, who rushed for 39 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Seldon's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 103 rushing yards.

Plano East's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Plano West, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
