Santa Fe Indian had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Ruidoso Warriors 66-27. The Braves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Ruidoso lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Faith Linares, who posted eight points. Aliyah Zamora was another key player, putting up eight points.

Santa Fe Indian is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.7 points over those games. Ruidoso has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-13 record this season.

Santa Fe Indian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 69-30 victory against Cobre on the 11th. Ruidoso does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
