Baseball Recap: Raymore-Peculiar Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Staley, Raymore-Peculiar was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Carthage Tigers by a score of 6-1.

Raymore-Peculiar is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-17 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.2 runs over those games. As for Carthage, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 17-16.

Raymore-Peculiar wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 5-4 victory against Lee's Summit West on the 23rd. Carthage does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
