Soccer Recap: Galway Takes a Loss

Galway lost against Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles came up short against Wolves, falling 4-1. Galway have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Norah Schaperjahn, which was the first she's scored this season.

Galway now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Galway has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Duanesburg on the 11th. As for Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville, they will head out on the road to square off against Mekeel Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
