Volleyball Game Preview: DePaul College Prep Rams vs. New Trier Trevians

The DePaul College Prep Rams are taking a road trip to challenge the New Trier Trevians at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

DePaul College Prep will head out to face New Trier after giving up their first home loss of the season on Wednesday. The Rams fell 2-0 to Marmion.

While DePaul College Prep was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-23.

Meanwhile, New Trier faced Glenbrook South in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Trevians fell just short of the Titans by a score of 2-1.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, New Trier sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 23-25, 28-26.

DePaul College Prep suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 20-12. As for New Trier, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 20-9.
