Basketball Recap: Nordheim Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

After flying high against Runge last Friday, Nordheim came back down to earth. The Nordheim Pirates took a hard 54-36 fall against the Moulton Bobkatz on Tuesday. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Bobkatz recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

Nordheim's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-12. As for Moulton, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 18-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nordheim has already played their next game (against Austwell-Tivoli), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Moulton will take on Waelder at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Waelder will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Moulton surely won't give up without a fight.
