Basketball Recap: Early Comes Up Short

Early was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 54-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Comanche Indians. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Longhorns this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-42 back in December of 2024.

Early's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Comanche, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-13 record this season.

Early has already played their next contest (against Breckenridge), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Comanche didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 66-46 victory against Dublin on the 24th.
