Justin Martin looked comfortable as he pitched 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Braden Waring was a standout: he scored two runs while going 3-for-4. The team relied heavily on Collin Herrell, who went 1-for-5 with one home run and three RBI. That home run was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cason Cherry, who scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-5.
Mount Dora Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-13 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.6 runs over those games. As for First Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 11-7.
