Recap: Central Falcons vs. Hillcrest Patriots
After soaring to 60 points the game before, the Central Falcons were a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They were dealt a 59-14 defeat at the hands of Hillcrest. Central has not had much luck with Hillcrest recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Central got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of
Aaliyah Golston and
Jakhiya Smith, who each put up five points.
Central's defeat dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Hillcrest, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 20-7.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Northridge the next time they take the court. Central will host Northridge at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Hillcrest will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
