Basketball Recap: Hardin's Win on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Eight

Hardin had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They beat the Park Rangers on Saturday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 75-30. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 25 points or more this season.

The victory was the eighth in a row for Hardin, bringing their record for this year to 17-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.5 points over those games. As for Park, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Looking ahead, Hardin will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Laurel at 4:00 p.m. As for Park, they are taking a road trip to take on Billings Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Billings Central Catholic will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something Park surely won't give up without a fight.
