Volleyball Recap: South Garland Comes Up Short

South Garland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 43rd straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Naaman Forest Rangers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rangers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-7, 25-16.

South Garland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-19. As for Naaman Forest, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-13 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. South Garland is set to challenge their familiar foe Rowlett at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Naaman Forest will face off against rival Lakeview Centennial at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
