Basketball Game Preview: Lake Havasu Knights vs. Shadow Mountain Matadors + How To Watch

The Lake Havasu Knights will venture away from home to square off against the Shadow Mountain Matadors at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake Havasu has given up an average of 70.8 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lake Havasu is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight games on Thursday. They were outmatched by Mohave and fell 73-36. The Knights were down 54-32 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Zacharee Bennetch, who posted seven points in addition to six boards and five steals. Halo Jump was another key player, putting up 11 points and eight rebounds.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Shadow Mountain, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They came out on top against Coronado by a score of 65-57 on Friday. The Matadors' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Shadow Mountain's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Lake Havasu, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Lake Havasu lost to Shadow Mountain on the road by a decisive 75-61 margin in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. Can the Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
