Central has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 15. They lost 10-1 to the DuPont Manual Crimsons on Monday. While losing is never fun, Central can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky soccer rankings (they are ranked 177th, while DuPont Manual are ranked 30th).

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-1. As for DuPont Manual, their win bumped their record up to 13-7-1.

Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for DuPont Manual, they will challenge Francis Parker at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
