Soccer Game Preview: Brewer vs. Aledo

Brewer is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will be playing in front of their home fans against the Aledo Bearcats at 7:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Brewer comes in on three and Aledo on five.

On Thursday, Brewer was able to grind out a solid victory over North Side, taking the game 4-2.

Meanwhile, Aledo kept a clean sheet against Trimble Tech on Thursday. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. Give Aledo's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Brewer's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Aledo, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3-1.
