Volleyball Recap: Cardinal Takes a Loss

Cardinal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the WACO Warriors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Comets of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Cardinal's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for WACO, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Cardinal has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against New London on the 4th. As for WACO, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Fairfield on the 4th.
