Soccer Recap: Wasatch Academy Takes a Loss

Wasatch Academy lost against Waterford back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Tigers came up short against the Ravens, falling 5-0. Wasatch Academy have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wasatch Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Waterford, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Wasatch Academy will host North Sanpete at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Wasatch Academy will be up against North Sanpete's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.31 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Waterford, they have already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Rowland Hall on the 17th.
