Softball Recap: Eldorado Golden Eagles vs. Capital Jaguars
Eldorado won the last time they faced Capital and things went their way on Monday too. The Golden Eagles came out on top against the Jaguars by a score of 14-11. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Golden Eagles.

Mya Zamora was incredible, going 3-for-5 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Taylor Hogan, who went 3-for-4 with three RBI, one run, and one double.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Eldorado kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their hit total in four consecutive games.
Eldorado now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Capital, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-9-1.
We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Eldorado will challenge rival Manzano at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Capital is set to take on their familiar foe Sandia at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
