Baseball Game Preview: Midview Middies vs. Steele Comets

For the second straight game, Midview will face off against Steele. Midview will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Steele at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Midview and Steele, and Steele kept the tradition alive. Midview fell 7-3 to Steele on Monday.

Benjamin Szczepanski was huge no matter where he played even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Szczepanski was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-1.

Szczepanski wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Daniel Melendez, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.
