Soccer Game Preview: Peninsula vs. North Thurston + How To Watch

The Peninsula Seahawks will challenge the North Thurston Rams at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Peninsula is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.

While Peninsula's victory against River Ridge wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Seahawks never let the Hawks get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Tuesday. That's two games straight that Peninsula have won by just one goal.

Meanwhile, North Thurston fell victim to Timberline and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Blazers by a score of 1-0. North Thurston haven't had much luck with Timberline recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Peninsula's victory bumped their record up to 8-3-1. As for North Thurston, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9-1.

Peninsula took their win against North Thurston when the teams last played back in September by a conclusive 4-0 score. Will the Seahawks repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
