Softball Game Preview: Reed-Custer Comets vs. Manteno Panthers

For the second straight game, Reed-Custer will face off against Manteno. The Comets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Reed-Custer has given up an average of 6.8 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Monday just wasn't the day for Reed-Custer's offense. They lost 11-0 to Manteno on Monday. The Comets' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Manteno's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Reed-Custer, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.
