If Goose Creek beats Boiling Springs with 80 points on Friday, it's going to be the team's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. Goose Creek breezed by Beaufort to the tune of 80-38 on Monday. The Gators have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 24 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Boiling Springs suffered their biggest loss since January 26th on Friday. They were beaten by Westside 84-55. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 33rd, while the Rams are ranked third).

Goose Creek's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.2 points. As for Boiling Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-3.
