Basketball Recap: Mid-Missouri Homeschool Drops Highest Score of Season Against Wright County Homeschool W

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mid-Missouri HomeSchool). Everything went their way against the Wright County HomeSchool W Warriors on Thursday as they made off with a 67-45 win. The Mavericks not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since February 14th (when they won 66-40).

Mid-Missouri HomeSchool got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Carter Lovell out in front who almost dropped a double-double with 23 points and nine boards. Lovell is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games he's played. Jonathan Driscoll was another key player, going 6-for-8 on his way to 16 points and three steals.

Mid-Missouri HomeSchool smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in January.

The win got Mid-Missouri HomeSchool back to even at 5-5.

Coming up, Mid-Missouri HomeSchool will host Kansas City East Christian Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Wright County HomeSchool W does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
