Soccer Game Preview: Everman vs. Centennial

The Everman Bulldogs will square off against the Centennial Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Centennial will be up against a hot Everman team: the squad just extended their winning streak to four. Everman never let Mansfield Timberview onto the board and left with a 4-0 win on Friday. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Centennial). They put the hurt on Seguin with a sharp 9-0 victory on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Spartans with their most commanding win of the season.

Their offense was hitting Seguin from everywhere, as nine different players booted in a goal.

Everman has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those six games. As for Centennial, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3-2.
