Melbourne faced Bell Creek Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Maiya Jackson paced Melbourne's offense, picking up nine kills. Jackson got some help from Roma Molinari and her 11 assists. Molinari also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Marley Sliwinski, racking up four apiece.
