After a string of four wins, Ramah's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Magdalena Steers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

While Ramah ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 22-25, 25-19, 25-23.

Ramah's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Magdalena, they pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Ramah wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Quemado on the 2nd. As for Magdalena, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Mesilla Valley Christian School on the 2nd.
