Preview: Bradley Bears vs. Harmony Grove Hornets
After both having extra time off, the Bradley Bears and the Harmony Grove Hornets will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 4:45 p.m. on December 27th. Bradley will be looking to keep their 14-game home win streak (dating back to last season) alive.
Bradley has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 21 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 84-31 victory over Taylor at home. Given Bradley's advantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 72nd, while Taylor is ranked 242nd), the result last Thursday wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Harmony Grove lost to Junction City at home by a decisive 66-52 margin two weeks ago.
Bradley's victory bumped their record up to 12-1. As for Harmony Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
Everything came up roses for Bradley against Harmony Grove when the teams last played back in January of 2020 as the team secured a 75-37 victory. With Bradley ahead 48-14 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
