Volleyball Recap: Stoughton Takes a Loss

Stoughton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the McFarland Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Stoughton's defeat dropped their record down to 7-29. As for McFarland, with the win, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 16-19.

Coming up, Stoughton will square off against Oregon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for McFarland, they have already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Reedsburg on the 11th.
