Basketball Recap: Riverside Christian Comes Up Short

Despite the loss, Riverside Christian still got an impressive performance from Micah Morgan, who went 7-for-13 on his way to 21 points. Morgan continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Haydn Edwards was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Riverside Christian's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Garfield-Palouse, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-5.

Riverside Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 58-48 win against Pomeroy on the 8th. As for Garfield-Palouse, they have also already played their next match, a 64-32 victory against Sunnyside Christian on the 8th.
