Basketball Recap: Masterman vs. Franklin Learning Center Bobcats
Masterman can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 58-36 margin over Franklin Learning Center. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Masterman has managed all season.
Charlie Adams continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 27 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Jared Way-Gregory was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with three steals.
Masterman's win bumped their record up to 3-12. As for Franklin Learning Center, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-14.
Masterman won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against the Bulldogs at 3:15 p.m. on February 2nd. Hopefully Parkway Center City focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Thursday. Franklin Learning Center does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
