Soccer Recap: Douglas Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Douglas kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They came up short against the Stevens Raiders, falling 10-0. Douglas haven't had much luck with Stevens recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

The win (which was Stevens' sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Douglas is set to square off against their familiar foe St. Thomas More at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Stevens will challenge rival Spearfish at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
