Volleyball Recap: Pottsboro Comes Up Short

Pottsboro lost against Whitesboro on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cardinals took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bearcats. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pottsboro's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Whitesboro, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season.

Pottsboro will host Gainesville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Whitesboro, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Sherman on the 30th.
