McQueen had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. Their defense stepped up to hand the Bishop Manogue Miners a 4-0 shutout. McQueen have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Bishop Manogue, too.

McQueen hit Bishop Manogue with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kingston Smith, Ryder Moore, Josh Yonan, and Jonathan Moore.

Looking ahead, McQueen will be playing in front of their home fans against Galena at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Bishop Manogue, they will head out on the road to square off against Hug at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
