Baseball Recap: Randolph County Comes Up Short

Randolph County and Vinemont squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Randolph County had to settle for second. They fell 15-12 to the Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent loss being a 19-2 defeat on Friday.

Randolph County's loss dropped their record down to 10-20. As for Vinemont, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 27-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Eagles beat Randolph County by a score of 19-2 on Saturday.
