Softball Recap: Spring Grove Rockets vs. Dallastown Wildcats

Spring Grove had to endure an eight-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Dallastown Wildcats on Tuesday and snuck past 12-11. The victory was just what Spring Grove needed coming off of an 11-4 defeat in their prior contest.

For Dallastown's part, Brooke Altland was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-5 with a home run, two runs, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Peyton Keim, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her five plate appearances.
