Volleyball Recap: Blessed Trinity's Undefeated Season over After Seven Games

Blessed Trinity lost against West Forsyth back in August of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Titans fell 2-0 to the Wolverines. The game marked the first time this season in which the Titans were not able to get on the board.

West Forsyth found their leader in sophomore Charlie Holcomb, who had 11 digs and two aces. Those 11 digs set a new season-high mark for Holcomb. Valentina Meyer also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Blessed Trinity fell to 6-1. As for West Forsyth, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

Blessed Trinity wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Lambert on the 16th. As for West Forsyth, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Savannah Arts Academy on the 16th.
