Woodstock won the last time they faced Wheeler and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wolverines had just enough and edged out the Wildcats 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolverines.

Woodstock had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-13, 15-13.

The victory got Woodstock back to even at 2-2. As for Wheeler, they dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Woodstock will challenge Kell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wheeler, they will square off against Etowah at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Wildcats their first taste of in-conference action this season.
