Flag Football Recap: Harris County Tigers vs. Bowdon Red Devils

There's no place like home for Harris County, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They took their game on Saturday with ease, bagging a 36-0 win over the Bowdon Red Devils. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Tigers considering their six-point performance the contest before.

Harris County had a senior duo take command as Madalynn Cauley threw for 205 yards and four touchdowns while completing 81.8% of her passes and Pearson Pettit picked up 135 receiving yards and three TDs. Pettit also deserves a shoutout for her performance on D, making three total tackles and defending four passes.

Harris County didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Addison Fowler and Kyndle Robinson. Fowler got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

The victory got Harris County back to even at 1-1. As for Bowdon, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
